The terms on which you may use this website, what our published rates do and do not mean, and the limits of the information here. Short, and written to be read.
Four things that matter more than the rest.
The full terms follow, but these four are the ones that actually affect you. If you read nothing else, read these.
Every rate, rate card, cost guide and worked example on this site is an indicative starting rate for guidance. It excludes VAT. It assumes a sound shell, normal access and daytime working. It is not an offer, it does not bind us, and it can change without notice. Only a written quotation issued to you after a site survey is a price we will hold.
Where we price a 150 square metre clinic or a 10,000 square foot warehouse line by line, the quantities are assumed for the purpose of showing the method. Your building will have different quantities. The arithmetic is honest; the inputs are examples.
Our pages describe authority routes — Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, DHA, Trakhees, free zone authorities — as we have encountered them. Requirements change, and they vary by licence category, building and location. Treat what you read here as orientation, confirm the current position with the authority or with us for your specific project, and do not rely on it as legal, engineering or regulatory advice.
Using this website, sending an enquiry, or receiving an indicative figure does not form a contract. Our obligations begin only under a signed quotation or contract, and that document's terms govern the works, not this page.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Eco Formax Technical Services LLC. “You” means anyone using this website.
What you may do, and what you may not.
- Read, print and share these pages for your own project or business purposes
- Quote short extracts with a link back to the page
- Use our published rates to build your own budget estimate
- Send us drawings, bills of quantity and tender documents for pricing
- Republish our rate cards, cost tables or worked examples as your own, or as another company's
- Copy the site's text, structure or photographs to build a competing site
- Use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that affects its availability
- Misrepresent our published figures as a quotation we have given you
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it
Intellectual property. The text, page structure, rate cards, cost guides, worked examples, photographs and marks on this site belong to Eco Formax Technical Services LLC unless stated otherwise. The rate cards in particular represent commercial work; we publish them so clients can budget honestly, not so competitors can reuse them. Permission for anything beyond short attributed extracts goes to info@ecoformax.com.

Rates on this site exclude VAT, loose furniture, IT and AV equipment, authority and landlord fees, and anything a page names as quoted separately. We may change any published figure at any time without notice, and we do not undertake to honour a figure you saw on an earlier version of a page.
Quotations. A quotation we issue to you is valid for the period stated on it, is based on the scope and quantities recorded in it, and is subject to its own terms. Where a quotation and this website disagree, the quotation governs.
What we stand behind, and what we cannot.
We would rather state this plainly than bury it. The limits below apply to use of the website. Our liability for work we actually carry out is set by the contract for that work, and nothing here reduces it.

- Correct errors when we find them or when you tell us
- Date our pages so you can see how current they are
- Stand fully behind every quotation and contract we sign
- Responsibility for a decision taken on an indicative figure rather than a quotation
- Responsibility for a cost, delay or rejection arising from authority requirements that changed, or that differ for your licence category, building or zone
- Responsibility for loss caused by interruption or unavailability of this website
- Responsibility for the content, accuracy or security of any third-party website we link to
- Liability for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from use of this website
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Availability, changes and the law that applies.
- We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- We may change, move or withdraw any page at any time
- We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed
- Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version
- Earlier versions are available on request
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai
- Disputes about this website fall to the courts of Dubai
- A dispute about works we have carried out is governed by the contract for those works
- If any provision here is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply
