Both plans cover air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical and general building repairs. The difference is how many planned visits you get and how many call-outs are included.

Indicative 2026 Eco Formax prices start at AED 1,200 a year for a studio, AED 1,600 for a 1-bedroom apartment and AED 4,800 for a 4–5 bedroom villa on the Essential plan. Comprehensive plans start at AED 2,200 for a studio. Prices exclude VAT.
What does an AMC cover?
Planned maintenance visits and repair call-outs for air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical and general building items, with labour included. The Comprehensive plan adds quarterly visits, unlimited call-outs and minor consumables.
How fast do you respond to a breakdown?
Response windows are written into the contract: emergency call-outs within 4 hours and standard call-outs within 24 hours. Written quotations for additional works follow within 48 hours.
Is an AMC cheaper than paying per call-out?
Usually, yes. A single call-out in Dubai often costs AED 150–350 or more before parts, so two AC services and a few repairs a year can cost more than an Essential plan — and planned visits catch problems before they become breakdowns.
