We are the controller of the personal data described on this page. Enquiries about it go to info@ecoformax.com.
Three sources, nothing hidden.
We collect only what we need to answer you and to run the work. There is no third source beyond the three below.
- Your name, company, email address and phone number
- The site or building address, and the floor area or scope you describe
- The content of your enquiry, whether sent through the contact form, by email, by telephone or over WhatsApp
- Drawings, photographs, bills of quantity and tender documents you choose to send us
- For clients and suppliers: trade licence, tax registration and bank details needed to contract and invoice
- Pages viewed, time on page, and the link or search that brought you here
- Approximate location derived from your IP address — city or emirate level, not an address
- Device type, operating system and browser
- Clicks on our WhatsApp, telephone and email links, and contact-form submissions — we record that a click happened and on which page, not who made it
- This is collected through Google Analytics 4. We do not use advertising or remarketing tags.
- Standard server logs: IP address, request time, page requested, response status
- Kept by the host for security and troubleshooting
- We do not use these logs for marketing
Purpose by purpose, with how long.
We keep nothing “just in case”. Each category below has a reason and an end date, and the longest ones are set by UAE law rather than by us.

Where a statutory retention period applies, we cannot delete records before it ends even if you ask us to. We will say so plainly if that is the case.
A short list, and no sale of data.
We do not sell personal data, we do not trade mailing lists, and we do not pass your details to anyone for their own marketing.
- Google — as our analytics provider, for the website measurement described above
- Hostinger — our website host, which processes server logs and anything submitted through the site
- Our own staff — the estimator, engineer or manager handling your enquiry
- Subcontractors and suppliers — only the site address and scope needed to price or deliver your work, never your wider details
- Our accountant and professional advisers — where needed for audit, tax or legal advice
- Authorities — Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, DHA, free zone authorities and similar, where a submission on your project requires it, or where the law compels disclosure
- Analytics data is processed on Google's infrastructure, which is outside the United Arab Emirates
- Your enquiry details are not sent outside the UAE except as part of ordinary email delivery
- A subcontractor pricing your job is told the scope and the address, not your correspondence
- We do not send marketing email to people who have only made an enquiry
- We will never ask you for a password, a full card number or a government ID number through this website
What you can ask us to do, and how.
Write to info@ecoformax.com and tell us what you want. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask one question to confirm who you are — we will not demand a copy of your passport or Emirates ID to answer a simple request.

Cookies. This website sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics 4. It does not set advertising cookies, and it does not share data with advertising networks. Your browser may also store small preferences locally so the site behaves consistently between visits; that information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Children. This site is aimed at property owners, tenants, facilities managers and contractors. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
How it is held, and what happens next.
- The site is served over HTTPS
- Access to enquiry and project records is limited to the people who need it
- Project and financial records are held in the company's own systems, not on personal devices
- We will tell affected people promptly if a breach is likely to affect them
- The date at the top of this page is the date it last changed
- Material changes will be summarised here rather than made quietly
- Earlier versions are available on request
Governing law. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, including the federal personal data protection legislation in force. Disputes fall to the courts of Dubai.
