Technical services, under one contract.
Twelve licensed trades delivered by our own engineers and crews — so one company is accountable for the whole scope, and one person answers the phone when something is wrong.
What the licence actually covers.
These are the trades we are licensed for and staff directly. Nothing on this list is brokered out as a matter of course.

One contract. One point of contact.
The reason clients consolidate is not price — it is that when four trades are under four contracts, the gaps between them become your problem.
- One quotation covering the whole scope, itemised by trade
- One programme, sequenced so trades do not block each other
- One named contact for the duration, not a rotating call centre
- One set of QA, HSE and handover documentation
- Government and ministry facilities
- Hospitals, clinics and healthcare operators
- Building owners, landlords and facilities managers
- Main contractors and fit-out contractors needing a trade package
- Offices, retail units, showrooms and industrial premises
Annual maintenance contracts — ongoing upkeep
MEP: electrical, HVAC and plumbing
Self-delivered means answerable.
Eco Formax Technical Services LLC was registered in January 2025 and operates from Umm Ramool, Dubai. We are an approved vendor to UAE government healthcare and have delivered works across five emirates.
- Measured, itemised quotations — not lump sums
- Method statements and risk assessments before mobilising
- Material data sheets and certification for what is installed
- Signed job sheets and handover documentation
- Quote a scope we have not surveyed
- Take on a discipline we are not licensed and staffed for
- Start works before the permits and approvals are in place
- Leave a site without the making-good and the clean
Common questions.
What does a technical services company actually do?
It holds the trade licences to carry out building works and maintenance directly — air-conditioning and ventilation, electromechanical, plumbing and sanitary, electrical fittings, tiling, painting, carpentry, plaster, false ceilings and partitions, building maintenance and cleaning. The point of using one is that a single contract covers all of it, instead of you coordinating six subcontractors.
Are you a contractor or a broker?
A contractor. The trades listed on our licence are delivered by our own engineers and crews. Where a specialist discipline is genuinely outside our scope we say so and bring a named specialist in under our contract — we do not pass the whole job on and add a margin.
What is the difference between this and an AMC?
A technical services contract covers works — projects, alterations, repairs, installations, called off as needed. An annual maintenance contract covers a property on an ongoing basis, with planned visits and call-outs at a fixed yearly price. Many clients hold both: one for change, one for upkeep.
Do you work for main contractors as well as end clients?
Yes. A large part of our work is packages for main contractors and fit-out contractors — flooring, MEP, gypsum and ceilings, demolition and reinstatement — delivered to their programme and their QA requirements.
How fast do you respond to a request?
New enquiries are normally answered within 48 hours, and written quotations for additional works on a live job follow within 48 hours. Where a client holds a maintenance contract with us, emergency call-outs are within 4 hours and standard call-outs within 24, written into the contract.
Which emirates do you cover?
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah. Our base is Umm Ramool, Dubai, and we have delivered works across all five.
Tell us the scope and where it is.
We will survey, quote it itemised by trade, and give you one named contact for the whole job. New enquiries are normally answered within 48 hours.
