Site Supervisor — Dubai
Running our men on fit-out, flooring and MEP sites across Dubai and the northern emirates.
What you will do
- Run the crews on site day to day and set the day's targets.
- Work from shop drawings and the finish schedule, and set out the work.
- Check quality at every stage and sign off before the next trade starts.
- Report progress, manpower and material needs daily.
- Keep the site safe, tidy and compliant with UAE site safety rules.
- Coordinate with the client's representative and the main contractor on site.
What we ask
- Minimum 3 years supervising fit-out or finishing works in the UAE or GCC.
- Able to read shop drawings and a finish schedule without help.
- Confident handling masons, carpenters, painters, gypsum, plumbing and electrical trades.
- Basic English plus Hindi or Urdu for site communication.
- UAE driving licence is a strong advantage.
- Valid UAE visa, or able to be sponsored by the company.
