Painter — Interior Fit-Out, Dubai
Putty, skim coat, brush, roller and spray finishing on fit-out and maintenance projects.
What you will do
- Surface preparation: scraping, sanding, filling cracks, taping and sealing joints.
- Gypsum putty and skim coat to walls and ceilings, sanded smooth and flat.
- Primer, undercoat and two-coat emulsion by brush, roller and spray.
- Airless and conventional spray painting of walls, ceilings, doors and joinery.
- Enamel and epoxy to metal, steel doors, railings and floors.
- Touch-up and snagging, including in occupied offices and villas.
What we ask
- Minimum 3 years painting on fit-out or building projects in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong in putty and skim coat with a genuinely smooth finish.
- Confident with brush and roller work and with spray application.
- Able to follow a paint specification and a room-by-room finish schedule.
- Comfortable working at height on scaffold and ladders.
- This is interior and building painting — car painting and signage are not relevant.
