Flooring Installer — Vinyl Sheet and PVC, Dubai
Sheet vinyl, LVT and PVC flooring on healthcare, commercial and residential projects.
What you will do
- Laying homogeneous and heterogeneous sheet vinyl, LVT and vinyl plank.
- Subfloor preparation: grinding, patching, self-levelling and moisture testing.
- Setting out, cutting, scribing and fitting to walls, doorways and columns.
- Heat welding seams with welding rod and hot air gun, then skiving flush.
- Forming coved skirting, capping and corner details in wet and clinical areas.
- Correct adhesive selection and spread rate for the substrate.
What we ask
- Minimum 2 years laying sheet vinyl flooring in the UAE or GCC.
- Confident with heat welding and coving, not only glue-down plank.
- Able to prepare and level a subfloor to the standard the finish requires.
- Accurate cutting and scribing with a clean seam and edge finish.
- Physically fit for kneeling work and lifting rolls.
- This is floor laying — signage, sticker and vehicle wrap work is not relevant.
